Veronica Romanek

Romanek is an electrical engineering graduate student working with the SuperDARN research group at Virginia Tech. Armed with a Bachelor of Science in physics, her current research interests include modeling, analyzing, and understanding different space weather phenomena and the role space weather plays in driving different disturbances in the ionosphere. Veronica has worked with High Frequency (HF) radio data and SuperDARN data to model and analyze the behavior of Traveling Ionospheric Disturbances (TIDs).
