Nikhil Rao

Nikhil is a passionate software engineer with a Master's degree in Cybersecurity with expertise in crafting Python scripts for comprehensive test suites on High-Performance Computing (HPC) systems. During his time as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Delaware, he has contributed to the many areas of the validation and verification suite for OpenMP, working with researchers at Oak Ridge National Lab, National Energy Research Scientific Computing Center and various vendors. His accolades include hackathon victories and Capture the Flag ( cyber security competition) prowess. He is interested in developing secure, efficient, and dependable software on HPC systems that propels scientific research.
