Maura Hagan

Short Bio: Maura Hagan is Professor Emerita of Physics at Utah State University and Senior Scientist Emerita at the National Center for Atmospheric Research. Her research expertise is largely centered on the excitation, propagation, and impacts of global-scale waves and tides in the Earth’s atmosphere. She was elected to the National Academy of Sciences in 2020 and is a fellow of the American Geophysical Union and the American Meteorological Society.
