Short bio: Dr. Bao has been working as the postdoctoral research associate at Rice University with her research background in inner magnetosphere modeling, global magnetohydrodynamic and inner magnetospheric model coupling and magnetosphere-ionosphere(M-I) coupling. Her current research interests focus on the development and optimization of the inner magnetospheric component of the Multiscale Atmosphere-Geospace Environment and the storm-time magnetospheric dynamics.
