Short bio: Dr. J. Michael Ruohoniemi is Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering and a member of the teaching faculty at VirginiaTech. He leads the SuperDARN HF radar group and is the lead-PI for the NSF-funded collaboration of universities that makes up the U.S. component of the international SuperDARN collaboration.
